Bordereaux and MI that build themselves from the policies
Month end under a binder usually means someone retyping every risk into a spreadsheet. With PolicyBridge each bound policy is already a structured record, so the reporting is produced, not rebuilt.
From the folder to the bordereau
Each quote and bind is already a complete, tamper-evident policy record. PolicyBridge turns those records into the bordereau lines, the risk records, a dashboard and a ledger, inside the business, without sending client data anywhere.
What it produces
- Written risk and premium bordereaux, including Lloyd's and carrier-specific layouts.
- Paid and remittance views from the payments recorded.
- Management information for each broker, product and binder, rolling up to the coverholder and the insurer.
- Strike rates, mid-term changes, cancellations and the money owed, from the same records.
Why it matters
Carriers see what was written sooner and with fewer errors, coverholders stop spending days on month end, and every line can be traced back to the signed policy it came from.
See it on a product like yours. A 30-minute walkthrough with the founders on Google Meet, then one product built beside your current process.

Can PolicyBridge produce bordereaux and management information?
Yes. Because every quote and bind is already a structured record, the risk and premium bordereaux and the MI for each broker, product and binder are produced from the records themselves, including Lloyd's and carrier-specific layouts, instead of being rebuilt in a spreadsheet at month end.
Where does client data go?
Nowhere outside the business. The forms run in an ordinary web browser, offline if needed, with nothing to install, and no client data is sent to PolicyBridge or anyone else.
How do we start?
Book a walkthrough, then send one product: the proposal form, wording, rating book and authority as they are today. PolicyBridge builds it beside your current process, your team tests it side by side, and you decide whether to keep it under a yearly licence. Nothing is migrated and nothing is switched off.
